We work very hard every day to provide the finest floors available anywhere. We expect our floors to hold up to generations of use. However, if a problem arises that is attributed to our manufacturing process or product quality, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

In addition, we are so confident you will fall in love with our floors that for up to two weeks after delivery and before installation, if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept a partial or full return in exchange for an alternative product. Our return policy requires that the customer is responsible for loading and packaging the material for shipment.
